Qinghai has many products of nonferrous and rare metals such as aluminium, magnesium, copper and gold etc. By promoting joint management like joining aluminium with electricity, magnesium with electricity, Qinghai will develop deep processed products as aluminium, magnesium and zinc. The projects of 300,000 tons electrolytic aluminium and 200,000 tons compound carnallite and 50,000 tons metal magnesium will be established.
